Just Peachy Salsa

Just Peachy Salsa

Peaches are a summertime staple in our house.  While this stone fruit is known as the perfect natural sweetener for topping off cereal, yogurt, and cottage cheese, our Just Peachy Salsa brings a whole lot of wow to the table.  We enjoy serving it alongside vegetables, blue chips, and cheese.  Try our Just Peachy Salsa over porkchops or swordfish. The flavors of the two lean proteins pair deliciously well with the sweet citrusy peach.

California grows more than 50% of the Peaches in the US.  Georgia known as the Peach state produces over 40 varieties of Peaches between May and August.  Peaches are a great source of heart healthy dietary fiber and potassium; as well as Vitamins A (eye health) and B (metabolic health).

Make sure you choose the ripest peaches for your salsa. No peeling necessary for our tasty recipe!
