Turkey Avocado and Kale Sammy

It’s fun to build creative and healthy sandwiches.  This one in particular turned out to be one of our favorites.  We used our go-to sandwich spreads and piled on our favorite greens.  Always keep in mind, the bread you use will make or break the sandwich no matter what ingredients are inside.  This multigrain bread was a homerun!

Build your Sammy and get your greens on..

  • 2 slices multigrain bread
  • ½ tablespoon honey dijon mustard
  • ½ tablespoon horseradish sauce
  • 3 slices organic turkey breast
  • 1 slice provolone cheese, sliced thin
  • 1 small handful kale leaves
  • ½ avocado, sliced
