Red, White, and Blue Skinny Sangria

If you are looking for an easy and refreshing drink to serve at your next party, try our Skinny Sangria.  The pureed strawberries and blueberries add just enough natural sweetness.  We recommend making the Skinny Sangria an hour or two in advance prior to serving.  This will allow the flavors of the fruits to infuse completely. 

 Ingredients

(serves 12)

  • 3 parts Chablis
  • 1 part Raspberry Vodka
  • 1 part Cointreau
  • 2 parts club soda
  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup blueberries pureed 
  • 1 teaspoon blue agave
  • 2 apples, sliced 
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 4 cups ice, cubes
  • mint sprigs, garnish

Directions

1. Place ice in a large pitcher or container with a spout.

2. Add the above ingredients in the order that they are listed.

3. Mix well with a spoon.  You may need to add more vodka or club soda depending on personal preference.

4. Serve over ice and top with a sprig of mint.
