Blue Mango and Kale Smoothie

This delicious smoothie was created to help reduce your chances of getting the common cold.  It contains 3 of the most powerful super foods.  The amount of antioxidants coming from the blueberries, mango, and kale will surely help those fighting the cold virus.  Bonus-kids love it and the kale goes down unnoticed!

 

2 servings

In a blender add...

2 c crushed ice

½ c orange juice, tropicana 50% less sugar

1 c blueberries

1 c mango

2-3 kale leaves

1 tablespoon flax meal

~Blend well and enjoy drinking healthy!
