Ingredients

9 slices

  • ½ lb Italian pork sausage, cooked
  • 1 (12-inch) thin pizza crust
  • ½–¾ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups arugula
  • hot honey, drizzle, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Place the thin pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Evenly spread the ricotta cheese over the crust and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the cooked Italian sausage evenly on top of the ricotta.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and lightly golden.
  6. Remove crust from the oven and top with fresh arugula.
