Ingredients

9 slices

  • 1 (12-inch) thin pizza crust
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 8 oz fresh buffalo mozzarella, sliced
  • 5–6 fresh basil leaves

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread the sauce evenly over the crust and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange the buffalo mozzarella slices evenly on top of the sauce.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
