How to make Classic Buffalo Mozzarella Pizza with Fresh Basil

- 1 (12-inch) thin pizza crust
- ¾ cup pizza sauce
- 8 oz fresh buffalo mozzarella, sliced
- 5–6 fresh basil leaves
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the crust and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the buffalo mozzarella slices evenly on top of the sauce.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
- Slice and serve warm.
