How to make Hot Honey Italian Sausage and Arugula Pizza

- ½ lb Italian pork sausage, cooked
- 1 (12-inch) thin pizza crust
- ½–¾ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2 cups arugula
- hot honey, drizzle, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place the thin pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Evenly spread the ricotta cheese over the crust and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the cooked Italian sausage evenly on top of the ricotta.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and lightly golden.
- Remove crust from the oven and top with fresh arugula.
- Drizzle with hot honey to taste, slice, and serve warm.
