Ingredients

- 4 ounces cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 2 Tablespoons chipotle hummus (or your preferred flavor)
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 4 cherry or grape tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large fresh basil leaf, finely chopped
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, hummus, seasonings, chopped tomatoes, and basil.
- Combine evenly, spoon onto whole grain toast topped with romaine lettuce and a slice of pepper jack cheese, and garnish with basil.
