Ingredients
1 slice per serving
- 1 slice whole grain bread, toasted
- 1 layer peanut butter
- 1 layer nonfat plain Greek yogurt + 1 spoonful
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 palmful blueberries
- 1/2 Blueberry Burst Be Free Bar, crumbled
- cinnamon, to taste
