Ingredients

1 slice per serving

  • 1 slice whole grain bread, toasted
  • 1 layer peanut butter
  • 1 layer nonfat plain Greek yogurt + 1 spoonful
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1 palmful blueberries
  • 1/2 Blueberry Burst Be Free Bar, crumbled
  • cinnamon, to taste

Directions

  1. Layer toast with peanut butter and yogurt.
