Ingredients

4 servings

  • 3 vine-ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
  • 8-10 large fresh basil leaves, washed and dried
  • balsamic, to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Directions
