How to make French Fry Seasoned Salmon
This salmon recipe has quickly become a family favorite! My sister made it for our families, and we couldn’t believe the secret ingredient: French fry seasoning! It gives the salmon a savory, flavorful crust that pairs perfectly with its rich, buttery texture. Salmon is also an excellent source of high-quality protein and omega-3 fatty acids, which support heart and brain health. With just a few ingredients and plenty of flavor, this is an easy weeknight dinner the whole family will enjoy.
One serving packs plenty of nutrition:
✔️ 39 grams of protein to help keep you full and support muscle health.
✔️ 25 grams of fat, including heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
Salmon is naturally fiber-free, so pair it with fiber-rich veggies and a whole grain for a balanced meal.
